We provide the flexibility to suit all events and budgets. From a fully serviced event where our professional staff will come along and serve your guests to our “drop off service”. We will spit roast your meat of choice, carve it and transport it to you in our special hot boxes piping hot and ready for your guests to serve themselves. This can also include side dishes, such as hot new potatoes and salads as well as desserts if required.
You may wish to go for a simple buffet, a variety of sandwiches, rolls and wraps presented on platters ready to be displayed. Our drop off service may suit if you are short of space at your event or if you would like a little flexibility around your time of eating. This option is ideal for both small and larger events. If you cannot see what you would like on any of our menus please contact us and ask.
We size our produce to your party. Often when you see fixed prices for, say, 25-50 guests that price is based on the same sized hog whether you have 25 or 45 guests, in other words: the portion size alters. We prefer to work the other way round – tell us how many guests you have and we will source the right sized animal for a party of that size and base our quote on that.
