We can offer a professional service to help make your wedding day perfect. You can choose from the various services we offer. Hog roasts, lamb roasts, barbecues all served with side dishes and desserts if required.

You may prefer to choose from our hot or cold buffet menus. A selection of rolls, sandwiches and wraps with various fillings. Handmade quiche, sausage rolls and savouries, crisps, dips and crudités. The buffet will be delivered and displayed for your guests to help themselves.

We can offer bespoke menus and will work with you to ensure that we contribute to making it a day to remember.

  • Spit roasts

  • We size our produce to your party. Often when you see fixed prices for, say, 25-50 guests that price is based on the same sized hog whether you have 25 or 45 guests, in other words: the portion size alters. We prefer to work the other way round – tell us how many guests you have and we will source the right sized animal for a party of that size and base our quote on that.

  • Full Hog Roast Service
    On request

    Served with apple sauce and fresh rolls from a local bakery; includes a selection of salads and sauces to compliment. Disposable crockery, cutlery, and napkins are included in the price. Price per head decreases as guest numbers increase.

    Baron of Beef

    Rump and loin of beef spit roasted to your liking. Includes rolls and mustard or horseradish.

    Succulent Norfolk Turkey spit roasted, served with sage and onion stuffing and cranberry sauce.

    Venison
    On request

    Freshly spit roasted, served with rolls. A healthy meat, low in both fat and cholesterol.

  • We don't provide default prices for BBQ meals – preferring to work to individual requirements. Prices can vary significantly with the size of the cuts of meat, so you tell us what budget to work to and we will provide precise quotes when we have a thorough understanding of what you're after.

  • We hand make all of our canapés to order using fresh ingredients. We would normally recommend 2-4 per person.
